What is the Purpose of this Test?

• Assesses the overall health of the liver.

• Diagnoses and monitors liver disease or damage.

• Tracks the recovery process of known liver problems.

• Determines if medication dose adjustments are needed.

• Conducts routine preventive health checkups.

When Does One Need to Get This Test Done?

• As part of a routine health checkup.

• If experiencing symptoms such as chronic fatigue, belly pain, dark-colored urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.

• If you have risk factors such as obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, excessive alcohol consumption, or a family history of liver disease.
