Cancellation Policy

Confirmation of your appointment with a specific doctor/physician, as per his/her availability, will be sent to you via SMS and/or email. Vcare Health India reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment without any prior notice.

• If a user is made to wait by the doctor and is unable to meet the doctor, the user must write to us at within 5 working days of the occurrence. In such cases, the entire consultation charge as mentioned at the time of booking will be refunded to the user within the next 7 business days.

• If a user does not show up for the appointment that was booked with a doctor, without canceling the appointment beforehand, the amount will not be refunded, nor will the user be treated again for this consultation fee.

• A refund will not be issued if the doctor is unable to meet the patient at the exact appointment time. If the user does not wish to wait, the decision to forgo the consultation charges lies with the user. No amount will be refunded in such cases.

• The time provided for consultation is indicative, and the actual consultation time may change depending on the consulting doctor's discretion.

• Consultations can be booked, rescheduled, or canceled only within the stipulated time limits mentioned at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Vcare Health India offers an online mode of payment. You may use internet banking or a debit/credit card to make payments for consultation charges. You will be directed to our trusted payment gateway partners once you proceed to make the payment of service fees.

• Vcare Health India shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if incorrect or inaccurate credit/debit card details are provided by you for making the payment of consultation fees, or if you use a credit/debit card that is not lawfully owned by you, or if you permit a third party to use your password or other means to access your account.

• Vcare Health India shall keep the aforesaid information confidential at all times and shall not utilize or share the same with any third parties unless it is with an authorized third-party website or is required by law, regulation, or court order.

• Refunds will not be made against any online transaction.

• Vcare Health India reserves the right to modify or implement a new pricing structure at any time before billing you for your initial payment or for future payments.
